Annual celebration of the freedom to read and think as you like during Banned Books Week brings in local writers, librarians, teachers and other lovers of the written word to read aloud from their favorite banned or challenged works.

Take a guided tour with cemetery superintendent Greg Vogele through the historic and hauntingly beautiful Chippiannock Cemetery.  Learn about the persons buried there, see the architecture, and enjoy the captivating scenery.

Gaming fun for ages 8 to 12 and 12 to 18.  Play Wii U, Xbox 360, board games, and see what you can catch in Pokemon Go.  Can you defeat our gym?  Let's see!

All those who have read the book are welcome to attend.  Can borrow a copy to read from our book club kit or ask at the Southwest desk.  Copies may be limited.
