The Rock Island Public Library Watts-Midtown Branch!
Named in honor of the enduring support shown to the library by Eudell Watts, III, and his late mother, Lorene Evans Watts, the Rock Island Public Library Watts-Midtown Branch occupies a portion of the Rock Island YMCA facility on 30th Street, Rock Island. This branch complements our existing network of locations, which include the Downtown Library, our central hub for all operations, our Southwest Branch, and our Library2Go Outreach vehicle.
