Please note: this is an online program, presented via Facebook Live. Join us to take another look at World War I military history, and learn about local and/or Rock Island Arsenal history related to WWI, with Kevin Braafaldt, historian with the Army Sustainment Command. This month's lecture considers the affect of unrestricted submarine warfare and the Zimmerman Note in America's entry to war.
