All Rock Island Public Library buildings will be closed Wednesday, August 21 so that all staff can attend Staff Development. Library2Go bookmobile will be off the road for the day. Book returns and online services will be available.

"Royal Neighbors is awarding me the Nation of Neighbors Award this year, and we have decided as an organization to use this time to begin awarding our young adults some monetary leadership awards and some educational and financial assistance.
