All Rock Island Library locations, including Library2Go bookmobile routes, are closed for the Christmas holiday on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25. Libraries are open normal hours Monday and Thursday of Christmas week, but there will be no Goodwill computer assistance program on Dec. 26.

The Rock Island Public Library accepts donations of any kind that support and further the mission, goals, and objectives of the Library, as established by the Library Board of Trustees of the Rock Island Public Library. The Donations Policy specifies the type of donations the Library will accepts, and how the Library will handle these donations. No goods or services are provided by the library in return for any type of contribution.
