Known Issues with PrairieCat app

PrairieCat is working on known issues with the mobile app. Card registration on Android devices seems to be resolved. Apple device users experiencing app launch issues may wish to try this fix: Delete the app, then restart the device before reinstalling a new copy of the app from the Apple store. In some cases, this resolves the issue.

All Rock Island Libraries are closed Saturday, Dec. 23 and Monday, Dec. 25, in observance of the Christmas holidays. We reopen on Tuesday, Dec. 26 with normal hours. We hope you have a wonderful holiday with family and friends. Remember, our online services are always available, if you need to download or stream books, movies, music, or magazines!
