Social Security and Retirement Planning in Uncertain Times
We are living in uncertain financial times. Whether in the near or more distant future, there are many realities for you to keep in mind when looking ahead to that time when you will enter your 'retirement years.'
Join special guest speaker and financial expert, Jaime Ragins, who will combine information drawn from the news, statistics, personal stories, and experiences for this free seminar to look at those critical 'uncertainties' that must be taken into account in planning to make those retirement years happy ones.
She will review what are retirement threats and show how to avoid them. What is the best time for you to file for your Social Security benefits? What can you do to prevent the high taxation of your Social Security payments? How can you create a reliable income for your retirement years? Learn about wealth eroding factors and how you can avert them.
This is a two-part workshop, so you will want to be sure to attend both Tuesday and Wednesday evenings - September 26 and 27 at the Watts-Midtown Branch - 6:30 each evening.
Registration is not required to attend for all are welcome, but registration is requested to determine number of materials to prepare.
