Closed for Labor Day

All physical locations and bookmobile routes for the Rock Island Public Library are closed Monday, Sept. 2 for Labor Day. Online services and exterior book returns are available. Please do not return hotspots, culture passes, or Library of Things items in the book drop. These items may be returned Tuesday, Sept. 3.

Join us for a preview of the 2024-2025 season of Project Next Generation events! At this open house, we'll watch videos showcasing past events, enjoy some refreshments, and attendees can pick up a free STEAM kit.
