The Rock  island Public Library and the Davenport Public Library are partnering with the Jewish Federation of the Quad Cities to present a four part lecture series on the Middle East, presented by local expert, Dr. Art Pitz.  In the third part of the series, Dr. Pitz will make a presentation entitled Israel and The Quad Cities:  Academic and Business Partners.
