Known Issues with PrairieCat app

PrairieCat is working on known issues with the mobile app. Card registration on Android devices seems to be resolved. Apple device users experiencing app launch issues may wish to try this fix: Delete the app, then restart the device before reinstalling a new copy of the app from the Apple store. In some cases, this resolves the issue.

Event Details

Pay it forward at your library and restore library use to little readers with library fees! Come to our Downtown or Southwest library service desk and choose a tag off our Wishing Tree display for your donation. Your gift will pay down a participating young reader's account fees (fines, lost & damaged items) and give them a fresh start. Donate to our 2022 Wishing Tree today!

All children participating in this program will receive a special letter in the mail, announcing the good news of their restored library account and anonymously thanking the generous donator who helped give them the chance to read again.
