Bring your two-to-five year old for a special preview of our new Petite Picassos story and art program! Enjoy a story, and several fun art projects. (We'll supply the art apron.) Free book and apron for each child, thanks to sponsorship from the Merrill Harris Fund of the Rock Island Public Library Foundation.
