Downloadable Reading Log

All three reading programs are included in ONE print log. Please download the log and make as many copies as needed for the family. The form will print in color or black and white.

  • Special note on the Adult Reading Log. If returning the tickets is an issue, you may email RILibRef@rigov.org or call 309-732-7341 whenever you finish a book. Make sure you leave your name and contact number. Staff will enter you into the next eligible drawing. All five entries must be received to qualify for the grand prize drawing.

If you do not have a printer at home, and need us to print it for you at no charge, any staff member can print this for you. You can either pick it up inside or we can include via Curbside. Or, call Marketing at 309-732-7303.
