Tax Forms

Looking for Tax Forms?

Please note: The tax filing season has been backed off to start February 12, 2021.

Due to budget cuts, the Rock Island Public Library receives fewer and fewer physical tax forms each year. What forms we do receive are stocked at the Downtown Library during tax season in a rack in the first-floor lobby.

You may print off the forms you need via these links.

Illinois Tax Forms
Iowa Tax Forms
Federal Tax Forms

Copies are .25 per side.

If you need forms from other states, Reference Desk staff at our Downtown location can help you locate the website. Rock Island Library staff cannot provide advice on tax forms, or answer tax questions.

Appointments are no longer available for United Way of the Quad Cities tax preparation help. All sites are full.

For free tax filing information, go to irs.gov or call 1-800-829-1040.
