Tax Forms

Looking for Tax Forms?

Please note: The tax filing season has been backed off to start February 12, 2021.

Due to budget cuts, the Rock Island Public Library receives fewer and fewer physical tax forms each year. What forms we do receive are stocked at the Downtown Library during tax season in a rack in the first-floor lobby.

You may print off the forms you need via these links.

Illinois Tax Forms
Iowa Tax Forms
Federal Tax Forms

Copies are .25 per side.

If you need forms from other states, Reference Desk staff at our Downtown location can help you locate the website. Rock Island Library staff cannot provide advice on tax forms, or answer tax questions.

United Way of the Quad Cities is taking appointments for free tax preparation help for low-and-middle-income filers. All sites require appointments, which are expected  to fill quickly. City of Rock Island sites are at the Martin Luther King Center, Rock Island County Senior Center, and Rock Island Township Hall on 7th Avenue. Locations, times,  and appointment information available at the United Way Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) page.
